Client Relationship & Enrollment Assistant - Remote (Part-Time)
Job Description:
We are an elite boutique matchmaking agency based in the U.S. seeking a warm, emotionally intelligent, and persuasive
Virtual Assistant to help us reconnect with individuals in our database, and other client prospects.
Your role will involve calling individuals from our private database to check in and keep the relationship alive, inquire about their relationship status and dating goals, gently reintroduce our current programs, and offer the opportunity to reconnect with our matchmaker Margot and related matchmaking and coaching services - either by booking a follow-up call or enrolling directly.
This is a long-term, part-time position with vast potential for growth. If you have excellent phone presence, can make
someone feel heard, and know how to guide a conversation toward a meaningful next step without sounding pushy, this
might be perfect for you.
A Confidentiality and Non-Compete/ Non_Solicitation Agreement is required to be signed prior to beginning work.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken English with a clear, neutral or American-sounding accent
- Warm, confident communication style with natural conversational flow
- Prior experience in consultative sales, coaching, or customer success preferred
- Ability to follow a call script while sounding authentic and emotionally attuned and improvise conversationally appropriately.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Must be able to make calls to U.S. numbers via VOIP (Google Voice,

- Must be comfortable using and updating a CRM system - we use a proprietary matchmaking software that you will be expected to learn. It is not the most intuitive system so you should be very good at figuring systems like this out. Accuracy is essential.
Pay & Hours:
- Rate: PHP
- Hours: 15+ hours per week (must overlap with U.S. time zones)
- Work Type: Long-term, part-time with potential to expand hours or role
