JOB OVERVIEW

Good Work Should Be Impossible to Miss.

Elorae works with education programs mainly in Korea that already have strong students, strong events, strong teaching, and a lot worth showing. The problem is not a lack of material. The problem is turning that material into a consistent public presence that looks good, sounds right, reaches people, and stays current.

We are building a Marketing team rather than hiring isolated freelancers who never talk to each other. The team can include a Director plus specialists. Some candidates may cover more than one seat if the work is genuinely strong.

Current roles include:
• Marketing Director
• Graphic Designer
• A/V Editor
• SEO Specialist
• Social Media Manager
• Website Manager

What This Team Does
Graphic Design: event graphics, social posts, promotional materials, thumbnails, handouts, branded assets, and visual cleanup across active programs.

A/V Editing: short-form video, event highlights, student/performance clips, promotional edits, reels, and other media that can go from raw footage to publishable content without drama.

Social Media: planning, scheduling, posting, captions, community engagement, platform management, and turning a pile of possible content into a consistent publishing rhythm.

SEO: improving discoverability, page structure, metadata, search performance, content targeting, and finding practical opportunities rather than producing reports nobody uses.

Website Management: keeping sites clean, current, functional, and reliable. Content updates, structural improvements, SEO implementation, testing, and maintenance all matter. Vibe coding is fine if the output is tested and stable.

Marketing Director: d ---------- what deserves attention, coordinating the specialists, maintaining standards, reading results, and making sure design, social, web, SEO, and media actually reinforce one another.

Who This Is For
We want people who have done real work for real clients, employers, organizations, publications, channels, or projects. Your portfolio should make your case for you.

For visual and media roles, Canva can be part of your workflow but it should not be the limit of your ability. Adobe tools, Figma, professional editing software, motion graphics, or equivalent skills are advantages where relevant.

For Social Media, we care about judgment and results, not simply whether you personally use Instagram or TikTok. Show us accounts you managed, content you produced, growth you influenced, or campaigns you helped run.

For Website/SEO, we care about live work, reliability, testing, and whether you understand what happens after something is published. A broken production site is not a learning exercise.

For Marketing Director, show that you can prioritize and coordinate other people's output, not just make your own.

A Word About Your Setup
This is remote work. You need your own laptop or desktop, a stable connection of at least 30 Mbps download with acceptable latency, and a workspace suitable for focused work and video calls. We operate on Korea Standard Time and some KST overlap is required.

Hours and Payment
These are part-time roles that can expand based on performance and team need. A strong person who can genuinely cover two adjacent seats may be more valuable than two mediocre specialists.

Paid probation begins at 5,000 KRW per hour. Longer-term compensation may shift toward output-based pay depending on role and deliverables. Website reliability work may be structured differently because availability matters as much as individual outputs.

September Philippines Interviews
We will conduct full in-person interview days in Cebu on September 22 and Manila on September 24. Strong applicants who can attend one of those days should make sure their current city is clear in the application. The jobs themselves are remote.
