MARKETING PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST (REMOTE)

AWAREmed Health & Wellness – Integrative Medical Clinic
Location: Fully Remote (Philippines preferred)
Position Type: Full-Time

AWAREmed is a nationally recognized integrative medical practice led by Dr. Dalal Akoury, MD. We specialize in advanced personalized care programs, including hormone optimization, chronic disease support, and integrative oncology.

We are not looking for a content poster.
We are hiring a performance-driven marketing specialist who understands funnels, lead generation, automation systems, and measurable ROI.

What This Role Is Responsible For, Your mission is simple: Generate qualified leads and support revenue growth.

You will:
• Build and optimize digital funnels
• Manage email campaigns and automation inside Go High Level (GHL)
• Build and maintain workflows, pipelines, and CRM systems in GHL
• Support paid ad coordination (Meta/Google)
• Track and improve cost-per-lead and conversion metrics
• Improve landing pages and lead magnets
• Collaborate directly with sales to improve conversion quality
• Monitor KPIs weekly

This is a metrics-driven role.
Performance Expectations, You will be evaluated on:
• Cost per lead
• Lead quality
• Funnel conversion rates
• Email open and click-through rates
• Campaign ROI
• Proper CRM automation setup and optimization inside GHL

If you are uncomfortable working with numbers, dashboards, and performance metrics, this role is not for you.

Required Skills:
Proven experience using Go High Level (GHL) for CRM, automation, and funnel building
Experienced in digital marketing (healthcare preferred)
Skilled in email automation and workflow building
Comfortable with analytics dashboards and reporting
Strategic thinker, not just a task executor
Self-managed and disciplined
Growth-minded and performance-driven

Compensation:
