Key Responsibilities
Multichannel Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video and graphic content tailored for TikTok,
Live Stream Hosting: Act as the face of the brand by hosting regular live-selling sessions on TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee to drive real-time conversions and brand loyalty.
Social Media Management: Oversee the daily operations of all social accounts, ensuring consistent posting schedules and proactive community engagement.
Trend Analysis & Strategy: Stay ahead of viral trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure content remains relevant and high-performing.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach to optimize future marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation (portfolio or social media handles required).
Comfortable and charismatic on camera for live-streaming and video content.
Proficiency in mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva) and platform-specific tools.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape (Lazada/Shopee ecosystems).
