We are seeking a Guest Relations Agent with genuine hospitality instincts, exceptional English communication, and the ability to understand nuance — not just follow scripts.

About the Role:

Responsibilities
• Respond to guest messages with warmth, clarity, and confidence
• Understand the intent behind guest messages, not just the words
• Make proactive recommendations to elevate guest experiences
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance, and local field staff
• Identify issues quickly and escalate correctly
• Maintain accurate records and update guest booking details
• Uphold StayLuxe’s Four Seasons–grade service standard
• Support the team in continuous improvement

Qualifications
• Exceptional English — natural tone, not “VA English”
• 1–3 years of hospitality, concierge, customer success, or BPO guest support
• Can think independently without relying on scripts
• Strong judgement and ability to understand context
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using platforms like Slack, Airbnb, and PMS tools
• Warm, empathetic, and human in communication

Benefits
