This is not a high-volume clinic — we deliver concierge-level service and premium treatments.
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone with experience in:
• Med spa / aesthetics
• High-end wellness or concierge medicine
• Phone sales / appointment setting / closing
You must be comfortable guiding patients into care, handling objections, and confidently discussing pricing.
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for new patients and responsible for:
• Answering incoming calls
• Building trust quickly
• Converting inquiries into booked appointments (same call)
This is a sales-focused, conversion-driven role, not just answering phones.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer all incoming calls with a confident, polished tone
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments (same-call booking expected)
• Guide patients through services, pricing, and treatment options
• Handle objections (insurance, pricing, hesitation) with confidence
• Respond to texts and follow up with leads
• Maintain a high-end, concierge-style patient experience
• Document all interactions in the system
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent, near-native English (clear, confident, professional tone)
• Strong phone sales ability (this is critical)
• Experience in:
• Med spa / aesthetics / wellness clinics OR
• Appointment setting / sales / high-ticket services
• Ability to confidently discuss pricing ($200–$400+ services)
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Reliable internet + quiet workspace
