JOB OVERVIEW

The Role: Technical Partner in Proposal Excellence
We are a specialized training and compliance firm that bridges the gap between complex construction and operational excellence. We are looking for a precision-driven Low Voltage Estimator to own the technical scope analysis for our Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security) projects.

In this role, you aren’t just a "numbers person." You are the technical foundation of our bidding process. You will partner directly with our Proposal Leadership team, providing the detailed quantity takeoffs and blueprint reviews that allow us to build world-class, winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Trade-Level Scope Analysis: Perform deep-dive reviews of construction documents and specifications for Division 27 (Fiber, Structured Cabling, CCTV) and Division 28 (Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion).

Precision Takeoffs: Generate accurate material and labor counts (conduit runs, fiber strand counts, terminations, device placement)

Blueprint Review: Identify design gaps, potential "clashes" (e.g., 2" RMC routing issues), and value-engineering opportunities.

Compliance Alignment: Ensure every estimate accounts for the labor hours required to meet high-level SOP and Safety certification standards.

Strategic Collaboration: Provide raw data and technical insights to Proposal Leadership to help craft a persuasive, compliant project narrative.
