JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and results focused Low Ticket Sales Closer and Setter to contact webinar registrants, increase attendance, and convert qualified leads into paid challenge participants.

Your responsibilities will include:
1. Call webinar registrants to confirm their seats and attendance.
2. Ask leads about their goals, challenges, and expectations for the webinar. Document their responses so the marketing and sales teams can use these insights to strengthen the offer and messaging.
3. Follow up with registrants who did not attend and invite them to watch the replay or register for the next live webinar.
4. Follow up with leads after they watch the replay. Schedule another conversation when needed, handle their objections, and close them into the paid challenge.
5. Contact webinar attendees who did not purchase and help them determine whether the challenge is the right next step.
6. Call General Admission buyers and offer them the opportunity to upgrade to VIP access.
7. Contact challenge buyers before the event to confirm their attendance and increase participation.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records, including call outcomes, lead feedback, objections, follow up dates, and purchase status.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or closing online offers
• Strong spoken and written English
• Comfortable calling and speaking with leads from the United States
• Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
• Able to follow a sales script while keeping conversations natural
• Organized and consistent with follow ups and CRM updates
• Available during United States business hours and scheduled webinar times
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, computer, and quality headset
• Experience selling webinar, challenge, coaching, trading, or digital education offers is preferred
