JOB OVERVIEW

Kajabi VA & Community Manager

The Vedic Psychology Institute is looking for a smart, warm, highly capable VA who knows Kajabi and would love to help us run our online programs and take great care of our members.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys both technology and people. You’ll be helping me manage the day-to-day operations of our online programs so everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing our Kajabi live group calls and back end discussion board communities

Updating and creating Kajabi webpages, links, content, and offers

Sending email reminders, announcements, and broadcasts

Uploading Zoom recordings to Kajabi and YouTube

Setting up and helping run Zoom sessions

Responding to member emails and WhatsApp messages

Helping members with access, billing, and technical questions

Keeping our programs, schedules, and communications organized

Following up on things that need attention and helping solve problems as they arise

Who I’m Looking For

You already have solid Kajabi experience and feel comfortable working independently inside the platform.

Just as importantly, you are warm, positive, responsive, organized, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You notice details, follow through, and don’t need to be reminded repeatedly about things.

I’m looking for someone I can rely on and develop a long-term working relationship with.
