JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented systems builder who knows how to turn ideas into real, working software.

Craft House Systems builds custom business operating systems, websites, portals, dashboards, CRM systems, and automations for companies.

We are heavily using Lovable and AI-assisted development, and we need someone who can help us build faster, troubleshoot problems, create great-looking interfaces, and connect the different technologies behind our systems.

This is not a basic VA position.

We want someone who understands technology, has a strong eye for design, knows how systems connect, and enjoys figuring things out.

You do not need to be the world's best software engineer, but you should be comfortable working technically and solving problems without needing every step explained to you.

What You Will Help Us Build

Projects may include:

Custom business operating systems
Client portals
Internal company dashboards
CRM systems
Lead management systems
Customer onboarding systems
Scheduling systems
Automated follow-up systems
Payment and invoicing workflows
Business websites
Landing pages
Forms and intake systems
Membership platforms
AI-powered tools
Internal workflow automations
Integrations between different software platforms

You do NOT need to be an expert in every tool listed.

However, you should be the type of person who can learn new platforms quickly, research a problem, test solutions, and keep moving until something works.

We especially want someone who enjoys figuring things out.

Sometimes you may receive a detailed build request.

Other times, we may explain what the business needs and expect you to help determine the best way to build it.

Design Matters

Technical skills alone are not enough.

The systems and websites we build need to look clean, modern, premium, and professional.

You should have a strong eye for:

Layout
Spacing
Typography
Mobile responsiveness
User experience
Navigation
Dashboard design
Modern website design

We do not want websites or systems that look like generic templates.

Work Schedule

This is currently a part-time position with the opportunity for additional hours and increased responsibility as we grow.

Our company is located in the Washington, DC area in the United States, and we operate on Eastern Time.

You do not necessarily need to work the entire Eastern Time schedule, but you must have some reliable overlap with our working hours for communication, meetings, testing, and project collaboration.
