JOB OVERVIEW

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a highly skilled video editor who's experienced in creating engaging video ads (B-ROLL, AI, etc) for ecommerce brands, and are able to utilise AI tools/softwares.

PAY: Paid per concept - $20 per concept/video (2 minute). If the video is 5 minutes long, you will get paid $20 x 5/2 = $50. Each concept has 3 hook variations (hooks are only 3-5s long).

BONUS PAY: For every profitable video ad created, you will earn 3% of ad spend (this can increase dramatically has well - our top earners earn 10%). i.e. If we spend $500 a day on that particular video, you will receive $15USD as dividends every day, that is if we spend $500 a day (we could spend more, which means more additional pay on top of the concept fees).

POTENTIAL RETAINER: If we d ---------- you are one of our top editors, you will be placed on a monthly retainer as well as receiving all the additional bonuses.

You must be able to reply to messages promptly, have the desire to create banger ads (you will benefit tremendously from pay just like our other editors), and be willing to learn.

Scripts will all be provided prior to making video/concepts.
