JOB OVERVIEW

Hi ???? I’m Carlo, the founder of a fast-growing eCommerce brand helping people fix their posture, realign their spine, and feel confident in their body again.
We are currently looking for a full-time Ad Copywriter to work closely with me and our content team to produce winning direct-response ads for our Shopify brand week over week.
?? This is a key position in our growth. Our creatives — and especially the copy — are the engine of our success.
If you’re a sharp copywriter who understands direct-response, performance marketing, and how to turn deep customer insight into scroll-stopping, converting ads — this might be the perfect role for you.
????We currently spend $250K+ per month on Meta ads
Our current creative team is hitting capacity, and if we want to keep scaling profitably, we need another top-tier copywriter to help craft and test new ad angles every week.
And... That's exactly where you come in!

???? Who Are We Looking For?
On this team, we have one rule: you need the hunger to grow. If you’re not interested in leveling up your skill, thinking deeper, and taking ownership of your craft — this isn’t the role for you.
The goal of this Copywriter position is simple: turn deep understanding into breakthrough ads.
Our brand is built on clarity, empathy, and directness. Your job will be to translate everything we know about our market, product, and angles into copy that stops the scroll, hooks attention, and drives performance.
Success in this role comes down to 3 things:
How deeply you understand the market (pain points, desires, level of awareness)

How clearly you understand the product (what it does, why it matters, and how it transforms people)

How skillfully you can turn that understanding into copy that builds belief, channels desire, and converts strangers into customers

At CoreCare, your words are the foundation of every winning ad concept we launch.
You’ll work closely with our founder, editor, and strategist — and your copy will be seen by millions of people, tested at scale, and optimized weekly.
If that excites you, keep reading.

???? Your Responsibilities
Conduct weekly market and competitor research to uncover pain points, trends, and winning angles

Write 1–2 high-converting ad scripts per day

Write 1-2 Facebook ad headlines and body copy per day congruent with ad briefs

Create clear, structured ad briefs that align with our brand voice and direct-response strategy

Collaborate with our video editor to ensure your copy is executed visually and emotionally

Analyze performance data to understand what’s working and iterate on winning ads

Propose new angles ideas supported by research and customer insight

Help maintain a high-volume, test-and-learn creative cycle by pushing out concepts consistently

Communicate directly with the founder for fast feedback loops and strategic input

Participate in async reviews or creative syncs to align on messaging direction and growth priorities

This role is for someone who wants to be deeply involved — not just writing copy, but helping drive the creative process and scale performance through sharp thinking and constant iteration.

???? More Reasons To Join
One of the key benefits of joining us is the opportunity to grow with us long term. As we build trust and continue working together, you’ll have the chance to earn performance-based bonuses tied to clear KPIs and ad results. We believe in rewarding copy that drives real growth — and we’ll structure incentives to reflect that.

???? Final Notes
We hold our tea ---------- mbers to the highest of standards and reward them for the stellar work they provide. So, you can expect your rates to rise rapidly if you can take care of our brand.
If any of this applies to you or has enticed you at all, I would love to speak with you and learn more about who you are — and how we can accomplish our goals together.
If you are still reading this & want to stand out... On your application make sure you choose the number associated with the core value you feel resonates with you the most. I will ask you why you picked it!
CORE VALUES:
1 - ???? RESULTS OBSESSED
2 - ???? ATTENTION TO DETAIL
3 - ? ACCELERATED EXCELLENCE
4 - ???? RELENTLESS OWNERSHIP
5 - ???? PREPARED TO WIN
6 - ???? COLLABORATIVE INNOVATION
7 - ???? NEVER NOT GROWING
