Looking for an elite Short-Form Video Editor to join a Fast-Growing Agency.

We build high-converting content engines for premium businesses—luxury villas, hotels, top-tier restaurants, fitness clubs, spas, beach clubs, and lifestyle brands.
We don't do boring corporate videos or spammy low-effort edits. We create slick, high-aesthetic, engaging vertical content that stops the scroll and turns viewers into customers.
We are scaling rapidly and looking for a long-term, highly skilled Short-Form Video Editor to join our core team.

???? What You’ll Do:
Transform raw 4K footage (and high-end iPhone footage) into engaging, high-retention vertical videos (9:16).
Craft strong visual hooks, seamless transitions, clean captions, color grading, and immersive sound design.
Adapt to different brand vibes—from high-energy fitness clips to sleek luxury real estate/villa tours and mouth-watering restaurant showcases.
Maintain fast turnarounds without compromising on visual polish.

???? What We’re Looking For:
Proven Track Record: You’ve edited successful Reels, TikToks, or Shorts for commercial brands, creators, or local businesses.
Software Mastery: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro (CapCut Desktop fluency for rapid iterations is a bonus).
High Design Sense: Clean typography, sharp pacing, subtle visual effects, and crisp sound design (SFX).
Reliability & Speed: You hit deadlines, communicate proactively, and take feedback like a pro.
English Fluency: Excellent written English for flawless subtitle/caption work.
