JOB OVERVIEW

We run a network of YouTube channels and are hiring Video Ideators, that are able to strategize and think of great thumbnail & title ideas

What you do:

-Research videos that went viral on YouTube channels similar to ours
-Create new topics & titles
-Approve thumbnails (You dont need to make them, just approve the good ones and disapprove the bad ones)
-upload and schedule the videos once approved

We are looking for someone to do around 20 a day (More if you can!)
Pay per day: $12 ($0.60 per approved video idea)
If you can do more, for example 25 a day: $15 per day ($450/month)

bonuses per video!:
$5 if it hits 50k views within 2 weeks
$15 total if it hits 70k

An experienced manager reviews your work, so you learn what performs fast
No need to edit videos, write scripts etc.
