JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Experience recruiting through ---------- servers, Upwork, and other online platforms
• Must include your ---------- username when applying
• Strong familiarity with ---------- (servers, DMs, onboarding, basic management)
• Organized and able to work within a team environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide new creators
• Can start ASAP
• Applicants without relevant experience will be ignored

IMPORTANT:
• You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting creators consistently
• You must be responsive and reliable with communication
• You should be comfortable speaking with new creators and answering questions

Role Overview:
• Recruit creators through ---------- servers, Upwork, and other sourcing channels
• Communicate with potential creators and move them through onboarding
• Guide and introduce new creators to the team, ensuring they understand the process
• Provide ongoing support and answer questions for new recruits
• Work closely with the team to maintain an organized recruitment pipeline
