JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Must be able to record Loom/screen recordings with clear audio (good microphone required)
• Must submit a short sample video demonstrating microphone quality and overall video quality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to critique video content clearly
• Willing to learn and follow specific feedback frameworks (training will be provided)
• Able to communicate feedback in a structured, easy-to-understand way
• Must send your ---------- username when applying
• Reliable and consistent with turnaround times
• Can start ASAP

IMPORTANT:
• You will be trained on exactly what to look for — do not apply if you are not willing to follow a structured critique process
• Clear audio and professional communication are non-negotiable
• Applications without a sample video showcasing mic and video quality will not be considered

Role Overview:
• Watch assigned videos and provide detailed critiques via Loom recordings
• Highlight strengths, weaknesses, and specific improvement opportunities
• Follow provided guidelines and frameworks for feedback
• Communicate insights clearly and concisely so editors/creators can take action
• Maintain consistency in quality and depth of feedback
