JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a versatile, self-motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to drive business growth and elevate our brand presence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between outreach and creative execution—combining direct sales efforts with dynamic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and follow up with potential clients to introduce our services and generate qualified leads.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across core social media channels.
Graphic Design: Design eye-catching promotional materials, ad creative, pitch decks, and digital media.
Website Management & Design: Assist with updating, visual layout design, and maintaining our website to ensure an optimal user experience.
Video Production: Edit short-form promotional videos, reels, and video content for social channels and marketing campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience or strong background in sales outreach, telesales, or cold calling.
Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
Hands-on experience with web design platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow).
Basic video editing skills using software like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
