Location: Remote • Start: ASAP

We are a fast-growing dropshipping brand in the UK Beauty & Health niche and we're looking for a Creative Strategist who can help scale our winning products through strong research, data-driven concepts, and high-performing creatives.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct creative & competitor research
- Develop new ad angles, hooks, and concepts
- Create clear briefs for editors/designers
- Analyze creative performance
- (Bonus) Experience with media buying
- (Bonus) Edit videos/images yourself

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in dropshipping (required)
- Strong in creative research & competitive analysis
- Up-to-date with the latest Meta advertising updates
- Uses proven creative frameworks (tell us which ones)
- Performance-first mindset, not “just aesthetic”
