JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Must have strong English & clear communication
• Comfortable using AI tools for scriptwriting (ChatGPT or similar)
• Able to follow structured prompts exactly as provided
• Strong understanding of YouTube storytelling, hooks, pacing, and retention
• Able to edit and refine AI outputs to sound natural and engaging
• Organized and able to work closely with researchers and editors
• Able to work **8 hours daily** consistently
• Can start ASAP

IMPORTANT:
Applicants without relevant scriptwriting or AI-assisted writing experience will be ignored.

Role Overview:
• AI Scriptwriter (Prompt-Based)
• Uses provided prompts and AI tools to generate long-form YouTube scripts
• Refines and humanizes AI outputs for clarity, engagement, and retention
• Follows specific structure and formatting guidelines
• Delivers scripts on deadline
• Communicates actively with the team for revisions and feedback
