Disruptiv Ltd is a digital marketing agency supporting clients across SEO, PPC, and paid social. We’re looking for a Looker Studio expert who can build reliable reporting systems and ensure tracking is set up correctly from the ground up.
The Role
This is not just a dashboard role.
We need someone who understands how data flows from source to report, and can ensure everything is accurate, connected, and delivered on time.
You’ll be responsible for both:
Building and maintaining Looker Studio reports
Supporting or advising on tracking setup and data accuracy
This role is critical to how we report performance to clients.
What you’ll do:
Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for client reporting
Connect and manage data sources (Google Ads, GA4, Meta, etc.)
Ensure data accuracy across platforms and reports
Troubleshoot discrepancies between platforms
Set up and validate conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, events)
Support campaign tracking (UTMs, naming conventions, structure)
Create clear, easy-to-read reporting views for internal and client use
Deliver reports on time and keep them consistently updated
Document tracking setups and reporting logic where needed
You’ll be a fit if you…
Have strong experience with Looker Studio (Data Studio)
Understand how tracking, attribution, and reporting connect together
Can confidently work with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
Are detail-oriented and care about data accuracy
Are reliable and meet deadlines without needing to be chased
Can spot issues in data and proactively investigate
Communicate clearly and keep things organised
Must-have experience
Looker Studio dashboard creation and maintenance
GA4 setup and reporting
Google Tag Manager (event + conversion tracking)
Working with paid media data (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
UTM tracking and campaign structure
Bonus (strong advantage)
Experience working with international campaigns (including Philippines)
Experience setting up tracking from scratch for new accounts
Understanding of attribution challenges across platforms
Ability to recommend improvements to tracking setups
Experience working with agencies
