Projects You May Work On
You may help create content for projects including:
Jason Tonioli – pianist, composer, and recording artist
Glenn Rawson – historian and storyteller
Successful Musicians Podcast
Amazing Vacations USA – travel and adventure experiences
Additional musicians and creative projects working with Jason and his team
We also own and operate a recording studio and regularly work with musicians and artists who need help creating video and social media content around their music.
These projects include music performance videos, storytelling videos, travel content, interviews, and educational media.
Responsibilities | Your work may include:
Editing short-form videos (15–90 seconds) for social media
Creating clips for:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Facebook
TikTok
Editing 3–7 minute story videos for the Glenn Rawson Stories project
Turning longer videos into engaging short clips
Adding captions, graphics, and music
Editing video from podcast interviews
Helping brainstorm creative content ideas
Assisting with social media planning, scheduling, and posting
Collaborating with artists and creators to ensure content is consistently planned and published
Identifying strong hooks and storytelling
We are looking for someone who is creative and proactive, not someone who simply waits for instructions.
Skills We Are Looking For:
Strong video editing ability (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Experience creating short-form social media content
Understanding of storytelling and pacing
Ability to create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds of a video
Ability to add captions and basic motion graphics
Familiarity with social media posting and scheduling
Good written English communication
Bonus experience:
Editing music performance videos
Editing travel or adventure content
Story-driven video editing
A love of music (especially piano) is a plus.
Preferred Background (Not Required):
Some projects include inspirational and historical content. Applicants who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints may find this work especially meaningful. However, this is not required, and all qualified applicants are welcome to apply.
Compensation
Starting pay: $3.00 per hour
There is potential for increased hours and compensation as you demonstrate strong performance and creative contribution.
