JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a seriously talented Video Editor to join our team long-term.

But we want to make one thing clear from the beginning:

We’re not just looking for someone who can edit videos.

We’re a group of guys aged 19, 20, and 21 building and scaling e-commerce brands together. We’re extremely ambitious, move fast, test a lot of creatives, and genuinely enjoy what we do.

We want to find an editor who has that same hunger.

Someone who genuinely loves editing, understands what makes content perform, follows what’s happening in the ad/content world, and constantly wants to become better.

We also don’t want the relationship to feel like:

“Here’s a task → edit it → send it back.”

We want you to become part of the team.

Someone we can brainstorm with, joke around with, share ideas with, learn together with, and hopefully build a genuine friendship with over time.

If we win, we want you to win with us.

What We’re Looking For

You should:

Be very good in Adobe Premiere Pro
Have an understanding of After Effects
Do NOT apply if CapCut is your main editing software
Have experience creating AI Avatars / AI-generated content
Have a strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance creatives
Understand hooks, retention, pacing, storytelling and direct-response editing
Stay updated with what’s currently working in the feed
Understand that a good editor doesn't just make something look pretty — the goal is to make people stop, watch and buy
Be comfortable testing different editing styles and creative concepts
Be able to take feedback without ego and improve quickly
Be proactive and bring your own ideas instead of always waiting for instructions
Care about the small details
Be reliable and communicate well
Most importantly: actually love what you do

We’d rather work with someone hungry, positive and obsessed with improving than someone technically amazing who doesn’t care about the work.

“How quickly can I finish this task?”

For the right person, we want this to become a long-term position where you grow alongside us as the brands and team grow.
