JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter — Long-Term Role (13th Month Pay + Closing Bonuses)

Before you apply, understand that this is demanding work. I'd rather you know that upfront than leave a few weeks in. That being said, great growth opportunities!

You'll be the first point of contact with property owners. A large share won't want to talk, and you'll face rejection, hang-ups, and the occasional rude caller. The people who succeed here handle that calmly and stay just as consistent on the last call of the day as the first.

If that doesn't sound like you, this likely isn't the right fit. If it does, I'd like to hear from you.

The work:
- 150–250 outbound calls per day on an auto-dialer (provided, no manual dialing)
- Run SMS follow-up campaigns and respond to replies promptly and professionally
- Consistent learning and improving on handling rejection on the phone
- Qualify sellers, set appointments, and keep accurate, detailed notes in my CRM
- Full training on the script and the system

- Clear, confident spoken English with strong grammar
- Thick skin and a steady, professional manner under pressure
- Reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, and stable internet (backup internet a plus)
- A quiet workspace and availability for the graveyard shift (US daytime hours)
- Dependable attendance and a coachable attitude
- Cold calling, sales, or call-center experience preferred but not required
- Desire to learn and grow with the chance to manage your own team one day!
