JOB OVERVIEW

We're a HubSpot Solutions Partner based in Sydney, Australia. We design and build HubSpot CRM systems, automations, and websites for B2B clients. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to be the technical backbone of our delivery — someone who can take a client brief and design the entire HubSpot solution before a developer touches a single thing.
This is not a VA role. This is not a junior position. You'll be designing the architecture, not executing it.
What You'll Be Doing:

Taking client briefs and translating them into detailed HubSpot solution designs (pipelines, workflows, data models, integration maps)
Defining the technical approach before the build begins — what gets built, how it connects, and in what order
Working directly with me to scope and price projects accurately
QA-ing completed builds to make sure they match the original design
Keeping documentation clean and client-ready at every stage

How We'll Work Together
I'll give you:

Client briefs and discovery call recordings
A dev team who handles the actual build
Clear SOPs and delivery frameworks
Long-term work if you perform well

You'll:

Own the architecture decisions
Flag scope issues before they become problems
Keep documentation clean and up to date
Maintain high standards consistently

Required Experience:

3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, CMS, and Operations Hub
You've designed HubSpot solutions from scratch — not just configured what someone else mapped out
Strong understanding of CRM data models: contact properties, pipeline stages, lifecycle stages, association logic
Experience with automation and integration tools — ---------- , Zapier, or API-based
Strong written English — you'll be reviewing client-facing documents and solution plans

If you've never designed a HubSpot solution end-to-end, this role is not for you.
Nice to Have:

HubSpot certifications
Background in a HubSpot Solutions Partner or digital agency
Familiarity with RevOps or B2B SaaS clients
Experience with HubL or custom CMS modules

Engagement Details:
Full-time | Ongoing | $8/hr
100% remote — must have overlap with AEST (Sydney time)
