JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a creative graphic designer and animator who can help turn a long held dream into reality.

For many years, I have had the ambition of creating a free educational universe where children can learn mathematics in a fun, visual and engaging way.

Today, that universe exists mostly as ideas, concepts and educational principles.

I am looking for someone who can help transform those ideas into real learning content that children can watch, enjoy and learn from.

The goal is to create high quality educational content that is freely available to children, parents and teachers.

This is not a project focused on selling courses, subscriptions or paywalled content.

The mission is to make mathematics easier, more accessible and more enjoyable for children through free educational content.

Who I Am Looking For

I am specifically looking for a:

• Graphic Designer

• Animator

• Motion Graphics Designer

• Explainer Video Creator

The ideal candidate enjoys turning educational concepts into engaging visual experiences and understands how animation can help children learn.

I am not looking for someone who simply executes detailed instructions.

I am looking for someone who can take educational ideas and help develop them into engaging learning experiences for children.

You should enjoy thinking about questions such as:

• How can we make a child understand a concept faster?

• How can we combine visuals, sound and repetition to improve learning?

• How can we make mathematics feel fun and approachable?

• How can we support different learning styles within the same video?

First Project

The first project consists of creating 9 multiplication table videos:

• 2 Times Table

• 3 Times Table

• 4 Times Table

• 5 Times Table

• 6 Times Table

• 7 Times Table

• 8 Times Table

• 9 Times Table

• 10 Times Table

Each video should be approximately 2 to 3 minutes long.

Educational Approach

The videos should support multiple learning styles simultaneously:

• Visual learning

• Audio learning

• Repetition

• Counting

• Pattern recognition

The educational outcome is more important than advanced animation quality.

If there is a choice between impressive graphics and clear learning, learning should always come first.

Example Concept

One example I have already explored is teaching multiplication tables through three animated chickens laying eggs into an egg carton.

The egg carton acts as a visual counting board, allowing children to see the multiplication pattern developing step by step.

Other possible themes could include:

• Moles creating dirt piles

• Bees collecting nectar

• Frogs jumping between lily pads

• Fish

• Rockets

• Zoo animals

• Treasure chests

• Balloons

The educational objective is fixed.

The creative implementation is something we will develop together.

Important Learning Element

One important difference from many existing multiplication videos is that I want children to see the pattern develop visually.

For example:

2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20

or

10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100

Children should always be able to see:

• Where they are in the sequence

• Which number they are currently learning

• How the multiplication pattern develops

Technical Requirements

• Child friendly visual style

• Strong educational focus

• Animation and storytelling suitable for children

• Consistent visual identity across videos

• Consistent narrator voice across videos

• Designed for YouTube and mobile viewing

• Initially produced in Danish

• Structured so AI voice overs can easily be generated in other languages later

Long Term Vision

The multiplication tables are only the beginning.

Over time, I would like to create free educational content covering:

• Addition

• Subtraction

• Division

• Fractions

• Geometry

• Problem solving

• Other mathematics topics

I am looking for someone interested in becoming a long term creative collaborator and helping build something meaningful from the ground up.
