Work Hours

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours or have at least 4–6 hours overlap (8 AM – 5 PM California time)
Responsibilities
1. Lead Research
==============
A. Research U.S. law firms (5–30 employees)
B. Identify practice area and firm size
C. Find Managing Partner or Owner
D. Locate LinkedIn profiles and business
E. Build accurate prospect lists
Note: You must build your own lists. Prospect lists will not be provided.
2. Outreach
==========
A. Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups
B. Send targeted cold
C. Follow up consistently (multi-touch)
D. Book qualified meetings on our calendar
C. Track activity in CRM or a spreadsheet
This is a quality-focused role. Messages must be personalized. This is not a mass-spam position.
3. Appointment Setters

Performance Expectations: Weekly targets:
A. 100+ personalized LinkedIn outreach
B. 100+ targeted
C. 2–3 qualified meetings per week
Qualified = U.S. law firm (5–30 employees) with decision maker confirmed and attended meeting.
Trial Period
=========
All candidates will begin with a 14-day paid trial period.
Trial schedule:
• 20 hours per week
During the trial period, candidates will be expected to:
• Build targeted prospect lists
• Research law firms and decision makers
• Send personalized LinkedIn outreach
• Send targeted cold
• Demonstrate consistent follow-up
The trial period allows both sides to determine if the role is a good fit.
Candidates who perform well during the trial will be offered a long-term position at 40 hours per week.
Compensation
===========
Base: $7–12/hour (depending on experience)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Performance bonus:
$20–$30 for each qualified meeting attended
