I'm Nunu, the creator behind Nunu Creator Club. I create videos, courses, and tutorials about stationery, creative products, and running a creative business. I'm looking for a reliable, organized video editor who can learn my existing editing and thumbnail style and help me publish consistently.
Please review my YouTube channel before applying:
THE ROLE
Part-time, remote, with flexible working hours. You can work at the times that suit you, provided you communicate clearly and meet our agreed weekly deadlines.
The regular workload is 3 long-form YouTube video packages per week. Each package includes:
- Editing supplied footage into an engaging, polished video that matches my style.
- Creating a YouTube thumbnail that matches my existing branding and visual style.
- Uploading the approved video and thumbnail to YouTube and scheduling publication using our shared content plan.
All 3 videos must be completed, reviewed, and scheduled each week for the following week. We will agree on a weekly handoff deadline that leaves time for feedback and revisions.
This role also requires the ability to edit educational course lessons and step-by-step tutorials in my style. Course/tutorial assignments and their scope will be agreed in advance; they are not an unlimited extra workload on top of the 3 weekly videos.
PAY
US$90 per week for 3 completed video packages (US$30 per package, including editing, thumbnail, and upload/scheduling). This is a deliverable-based, part-time role with flexible hours. Video length, footage volume, editing complexity, and revision expectations will be discussed before we begin so the workload is clear.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Edit efficiently in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Improve pacing, remove mistakes and unnecessary pauses, clean up audio, and add relevant text, close-ups, B-roll, music, or simple graphics where they help the viewer.
- Keep tutorials easy to follow and preserve important teaching steps while making the videos engaging.
- Match my tone, editing choices, fonts, colors, and thumbnail style using my existing content and feedback.
- Upload approved videos, add agreed titles/descriptions and thumbnails, and double-check scheduling details in YouTube Studio.
- Use our shared Google Drive planning document to track topics, footage links, deadlines, feedback, and publication status.
- Keep footage, project files, thumbnails, and final exports clearly named and organized in Google Drive.
- Flag missing assets or potential delays early and apply feedback carefully.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience editing long-form YouTube videos; experience with courses or tutorials is a plus.
- Strong CapCut OR Adobe Premiere Pro skills; you do not need both.
- Excellent spoken and written English, including the ability to understand spoken instructions and proofread on-screen text.
- A good eye for engaging thumbnails and the ability to adapt to an established creator's style.
- Confidence using YouTube Studio and Google Drive.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, reliable communication, and consistent deadline management.
- A reliable computer and internet connection for handling video files.
This is a LONG-FORM role, not a Shorts, Reels, or TikTok editing position. Please send relevant long-form work rather than a short-form-only portfolio.
HOW TO APPLY
Please include:
1. Links to 2-3 long-form YouTube videos you personally edited, with a short explanation of your work on each.
2. Examples of YouTube thumbnails you created.
3. Which editing software you use and your experience uploading/scheduling in YouTube Studio.
4. After reviewing my channel, a brief explanation of how you would match my editing and thumbnail style while keeping the videos engaging.
5. Your usual turnaround time, availability to complete 3 video packages weekly, and earliest start date.
6. Confirmation that you understand the budget is US$90 per week for 3 complete packages (US$30 each).
