JOB OVERVIEW

Elevator Pitch:
-> Role: Longform Video Editor
-> Pay: Rate: £4 - 6 per edited minute of content (depending on experience)
-> Paid Trial: £8.50 for a 2 mins and 30 seconds test edit - brief will be provided.
-> Workload: 80 (minimum) - 150 mins (maximum) per month
-> Payment Options: Wise, PayPal or UK Bank Transfer (NO Crypto)

We are now in search of a new story-driven video editor to craft compelling long-form YouTube content (10–50 minutes). You’ll turn raw footage into highly watchable, narrative-rich videos that retain viewers from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:
-> Edit interviews, educational, entertainment-style and podcasting content for engagement and retention
-> Use music, pacing, graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
-> Collaborate on scripting, structure, and visual style with our team and clients.
-> Maintain a clean, organised workflow with timely feedback turnaround.

You’re a Great Fit If You:
-> Have strong instincts for narrative, clarity, and flow
-> Communicate clearly and work well with feedback
-> Are reliable, creative, and eager to build long-term client relationships
-> Are fluent in English (spoken + written)
-> Dont need to be guided for every detail and have strong creative instincts.

Bonus If You:
-> Have a portfolio showing strong long-form retention
-> Edit with narrative shaping in mind
-> Know YouTube styles in niches like education, entrepreneurship, lifestyle and podcasting.
