- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to businesses in the logistics and supply chain industry
- Introduce and explain our technology-driven solutions in a clear and compelling way
- Qualify prospects and schedule follow-up meetings for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and lead-generation targets
- Provide feedback from conversations to help refine outreach strategies and messaging
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and remain persistent without being pushy
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Must be available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools or sales software
