JOB OVERVIEW

Freight Brokerage Operations Specialist (Remote Philippines)

We are a U.S. based freight brokerage looking for an experienced operations specialist to join our team. This is not an entry level position. You must have real experience quoting freight, covering loads, and working directly with carriers.

Responsibilities

Quote customer shipments using current, real time market rates.

Find and book qualified carriers for available loads.

Negotiate rates with carriers while protecting company margins.

Communicate with customers and carriers throughout the shipment.

Keep accurate notes and update our transportation management system.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience working for a U.S. freight broker or logistics company.

Experience using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop.

Experience working with Carrier411, FMCSA, SAFER, carrier packets, and insurance verification.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Fast internet and a quiet home office.
