About the Business:
Speedy Car Keys is a mobile automotive locksmith business based in Melbourne, Australia.
We help customers who have lost their car keys or need a spare key cut and programmed. We are growing fast and need a reliable, switched-on virtual secretary to help manage our day-to-day operations.

About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers — answering inbound calls, booking jobs, coordinating technicians, and making sure every job is completed from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who is organised, professional on the phone, and great at following up.

Your Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to website enquiries
- Collect job details (customer name, location, car make/model/year, service needed)
- Book jobs and manage the schedule using our app (ServiceM8)
- Assign jobs to technicians and confirm they have acknowledged within 5 minutes
- Follow up jobs from start to finish until closed in the system
- Call back quotes and cancellations to recover lost bookings
- Handle customer questions professionally using provided scripts
- Flag any issues to the manager immediately

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent spoken and written English & good accent
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience using CRM or job management software (ServiceM8 a bonus)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
- Available Australian business hours (Melbourne time)
- Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
