JOB OVERVIEW

LOCKSMITH EXPERIENCE ONLY. Please do not message me if you have not worked for a Locksmith company. I am only looking for experienced Workers. The position is for a Locksmith Dispatcher. Your main responsibility will be receiving incoming jobs and quickly assigning them to the appropriate technicians based on their location and availability. You’ll need to constantly check the map, stay organized, follow each job from start to finish, and make sure technicians are responding and handling their jobs properly. You will also communicate with customers by phone or text when needed, provide updates, answer questions, and handle difficult situations professionally. Sometimes you will need to be firm with customers or technicians while still remaining respectful. We are looking for someone who is very responsive, fast, smart, reliable, good at multitasking, and able to think quickly and solve problems independently.
