JOB OVERVIEW

About the 'location acquisition specialist' role

You are to call leads in a google sheet and close, making regular follow ups. You are paid $50 per close in the 14-day 'stress test', where your goal is to get 3 signed agreements.

After the stress test, your hourly pay is reviewed. Location commissions go up to $350 per location.

I handle leadgen, pre-qualification of leads, and everything else.

We are a U.S.-based national pipeline of business owners, rapidly expanding. You are to secure locations for vending machine placement or equipment of similar nature.

This is NOT a typical VA job. This is a unique opportunity to expand personal and professional growth within a company.

This is NOT appointment setting. You will have access to docusign to track agreement submissions.

Your responsibility is to contact business owners, present our vending placement program, overcome objections, and secure a signed agreement allowing placement of a vending machine at their location.

The job is complete only when the agreement is signed.

This is outbound closing.

If you are not comfortable closing deals directly with business owners, this role is not for you.

What You Will Be Doing
Cold call business owners and decision makers
Clearly explain our vending placement offer
Handle objections confidently in real time
Utilize google workspace
Follow up consistently until agreement is signed
Log call activity and notes accurately
receive multiple resources and sales trainings.

Success = Signed Agreement.

Compensation Structure (Commission-Only Trial)
This position begins with a 14-Day Performance Trial.
60 hour limit for the 14 days
$2/hour PLUS You are paid $50 per signed vending location agreement.
Minimum 3, maximum 10 agreements in this phase.

The trial is considered successfully completed once 3 signed agreements are secured within the 14-day period.
Performance determines income.

Trial Expectations
During the 14-day trial, you are expected to:
Make high outbound call volume.
Speak directly with decision makers.
Overcome objections professionally.
Follow up persistently.
Secure a minimum of 3 signed agreements.

14-day test passers WILL obtain:
Personal growth opportunities
Long-term commission structure
Hourly wage review
Higher per-deal payouts
A 'gold standard' commission of $350 per 'gold standard' location. (A hard to acquire/employee-heavy/foot-traffic heavy location)
$50+ per signed agreement, depending on foot traffic, location, and difficulty to acquire
