JOB OVERVIEW

Local SEO Specialist (Google Maps Ranking Expert) + WordPress/Elementor + AI + Website Admin — Full-Time

PRIMARY ROLE:
Rank local businesses in the Google Maps 3-Pack (Map Pack). If you cannot show proof of Map Pack rankings, do NOT apply.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Google Maps / Local SEO (Top Priority)
- Rank Google Business Profiles (GBP) in the Map Pack
- Improve Google Maps ranking performance using Local Falcon or Local Viking grid tracking
- Optimize categories, services, posts, attributes, and photos
- Fix NAP/citation inconsistencies
- Resolve duplicates, spam listings, and suspensions
- Rank competitive U.S. home-service niches (plumbing, roofing, concrete, HVAC, electrical, and other contractor services)

WordPress + Elementor (Supports Local SEO)
- Build or update service and city pages
- Improve Core Web Vitals and site speed
- Fix plugin, hosting, DNS, and SSL issues
- Optimize silo structure and internal linking for SEO

Website Maintenance / Administration
- Update plugins, themes, and WordPress core
- Manage backups and restoration points
- Monitor uptime and fix site errors
- Handle DNS, SSL, and hosting tasks
- Resolve plugin conflicts and performance issues
- Improve caching, CDN configurations, and overall site stability

AI Skills (Required)
- Perform Local SEO audits and identify ranking issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues (speed, CLS/LCP, plugin conflicts, Elementor errors)
- Generate and validate schema (JSON-LD)
- Improve workflow efficiency (SOPs, QA, audits)
- Support content creation (service pages, city pages, GBP posts, FAQs)

SOP Execution
- Follow detailed SOPs accurately
- Maintain consistency across a large volume of websites
- Create or update SOPs when needed
- Use AI to improve SOPs and workflows
- Document steps clearly
- Maintain high quality and consistency at scale

Leadership and Training
- Guide or train junior tea ---------- mbers when needed
- Help others follow SOPs
- Delegate simple tasks
- Provide clear instructions and feedback
- Support a collaborative, results-focused environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of Local SEO experience
- Proven Map Pack ranking results (must show evidence)
- Strong WordPress and Elementor skills
- Website maintenance and admin experience
- Strong AI skills (audits, troubleshooting, schema, workflows, content)
- Comfortable training or guiding tea ---------- mbers
- Excellent English
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Stable power and internet setup
