Role Summary
We're a marketing agency working with Podiatrists across the UK and Australia. We're looking for a Local SEO Specialist who knows how to move the needle on Google Business Profiles and can communicate their work clearly and confidently.
This role is about results + communication. You'll be doing real SEO work using LeadSnap while keeping clients informed with fast, professional updates.
If you can't reply quickly and communicate clearly, this isn't the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles to improve local search rankings and attract new clients
- Leverage AI tools to identify optimisation opportunities across Google Business Profiles — categories, attributes, Q&A, services, descriptions, and more
- Generate high-quality AI images for GMB posts that look professional and on-brand for each clinic
- Use LeadSnap to track SEO performance, identify opportunities, and action improvements
- Spot when results are down and reach out to clients with context before they ask
- Send daily end-of-day updates so clients always know where things stand (WhatsAPP)
- Ask questions when something is unclear — don't guess
You're a Good Fit If You…
- Have hands-on experience optimising Google Business Profiles
- Understand local SEO signals — citations, categories, reviews, photos, geo-tagging, and more
- Are comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day SEO workflow — not just aware of them, but actively using them to work faster and smarter
- Can explain SEO performance clearly to non-technical clients
- Are responsive and proactive
- Take ownership and think like an operator, not a task-taker
