JOB OVERVIEW

We operate a home care agency in Orange County, California.

Our goal is simple:
???? Generate inbound calls and inquiries from families looking for care.

We do this through:

Google search visibility (SEO + Google Business Profile)
Local community engagement (Nextdoor)
Consistent content creation

We do not control our main website directly.
All website content is created and submitted to our provider for publishing.

This is an execution-focused role.
You will be responsible for producing consistent weekly output that drives local visibility and inbound inquiries.

What You Will Do (Weekly)
Create 2–4 website pages per week
(primarily service + location pages such as “Dementia Care in Irvine”)
? Write and format content, then submit to our website provider (Choice Local)
Write 1 simple article or educational post
? Used for website and repurposed across channels
Create 3–5 social media posts
? Posted on Facebook and Instagram
Post updates to our Google Business Profile
Monitor and engage on Nextdoor
? Respond to local posts where families are seeking care
? Provide helpful, non-salesy responses
Support local directory listings and citations

You follow structure and templates
You are responsive and reliable
You don’t overcomplicate things

Important Context
You will be working within an existing website structure
All website content is submitted to our provider (Choice Local) for publishing
We will provide examples and templates

We are building 30–50+ pages over time, so consistency is critical.

Requirements
Experience writing SEO content or landing pages
Familiar with WordPress or similar tools
Basic understanding of local SEO
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and Nextdoor
Able to work independently
Must overlap with US Pacific Time
