Local Listings and Reputation Specialist
Location: Philippines, Remote
Schedule: Full time, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time
Monthly Salary: $2,000 USD
Help Manage Local Visibility at Real Scale
Workspark is hiring an experienced Local Listings and Reputation Specialist to work full time with a leading US marketing agency.
This role supports four client accounts with approximately 500 combined locations. You will help keep business information accurate, publish content across large location groups, manage positive review responses, and support the work that keeps each brand visible and consistent across local search platforms.
This is not a basic data entry position. Managing hundreds of locations requires focus, organization, strong quality control, and the ability to catch small errors before they become large problems.
The right person will enjoy structured work, take accuracy seriously, communicate clearly, and become someone the team can trust to manage recurring responsibilities without constant supervision.
What You Will Own:
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing local listings across approximately 500 combined business locations
• Supporting four different client accounts
• Maintaining accurate business names, addresses, phone numbers, hours, categories, services, and other listing information
• Monitoring and responding to four and five star customer reviews
• Writing responses using approved client templates or AI generated responses within the platform
• Reviewing every response for accuracy, tone, grammar, and brand alignment before publishing
• Leaving reviews of three stars or below for the client to manage
• Uploading Google Business Profile Posts and Showcases through Rio
• Completing one bulk Post or Showcase upload per client each month when requested
• Identifying duplicate, inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent listings
• Performing quality checks across Google Business Profile, Yext, ReviewTrackers, and related platforms
• Tracking assigned work and completing recurring tasks on schedule
• Supporting reporting, account documentation, and general local SEO execution
• Assisting the broader SEO team as responsibilities expand
• Communicating questions or blockers before they affect deadlines
Platforms and Experience:
Strong candidates should have professional experience with:
• Google Business Profile
• Yext
• ReviewTrackers
• Multi location listing management
• Online reputation management
• Review response workflows
• Local SEO fundamentals
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Task management and internal communication platforms
Experience with Rio SEO, citation management, listing suppression, duplicate resolution, verification issues, or agency account work will make you especially competitive.
You do not need to know every platform perfectly on your first day. You do need enough relevant experience to understand the work, learn quickly, and begin contributing with confidence.
What We Are Looking For:
You may be a strong fit if you:
• Have at least three years of relevant local SEO, listings, or reputation management experience
• Speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
• Write natural, professional English without relying entirely on AI
• Have supported US businesses or agency clients
• Can manage hundreds of locations without losing track of details
• Understand how to review AI generated content before publishing it
• Can follow approved templates without making every response sound identical
• Are comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining accuracy
• Can manage recurring deadlines independently
• Ask clear questions when instructions are incomplete
• Can work consistently during US Eastern business hours
• Take ownership of mistakes and correct them quickly
What Will Make You Stand Out:
We will pay close attention to candidates who have:
• Managed Google Business Profiles for large multi location brands
• Worked across hundreds of listings or locations
• Used Yext and ReviewTrackers in a professional role
• Used Rio SEO or a similar enterprise local marketing platform
• Written or reviewed customer responses for US audiences
• Worked within a digital marketing, SEO, or advertising agency
• Resolved duplicate listings, incorrect information, verification problems, or platform inconsistencies
• Strong spoken English and confident professional communication
Training and Management:
The Director of Local Visibility and Growth will manage your daily work.
During your first week, the Director will:
• Provide your login credentials
• Introduce you to the client accounts
• Train you on the team’s platforms and processes
• Explain the approved review response templates
• Show you how Posts and Showcases are uploaded through Rio
• Review quality standards, recurring deadlines, and account expectations
What Success Looks Like:
Within your first 90 days, you should be able to manage assigned tasks with increasing independence, maintain accurate information across hundreds of locations, complete bulk uploads correctly, and respond to positive reviews using the approved process.
The team should be able to trust that your work is complete, reviewed, and ready without repeatedly checking behind you.
Success in this role comes from consistency. The work may be completed in bulk, but every location and every response still matters.
What Workspark Provides:
• Full time, long term employment
• $2,000 USD monthly compensation
• Employment through Workspark
• Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave after probation
• Regular employee check ins and ongoing support
• The opportunity to work directly with an established US marketing agency
How to Apply:
Please submit:
• Your resume
• A short voice recording or video explaining your local listings and reputation management experience
• The platforms you have used directly
• The number and type of accounts or locations you have managed
• A brief example of a difficult review, listing issue, or account problem you helped resolve
Applications with vague statements such as “familiar with SEO” will not be competitive. Show us what you have actually managed, fixed, improved, or owned.
