Part-Time Loan Signing Operations Coordinator

Company: IV Generation Signings
Work setup: Remote
Hours: 10–15 hours per week to start
Schedule: Must be available for an agreed work window during U.S. Pacific business hours
Pay: $6–$8 USD per hour, depending on experience

IV Generation Signings is growing, and I’m looking for a reliable, organized coordinator to help manage loan signing assignments. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day coordination—not someone who needs step-by-step direction for every routine task.

Responsibilities

* Contact and confirm notary signing agents for assignments
* Coordinate appointment times and communicate signing instructions
* Track confirmations, appointment status, scanbacks, and document drop-offs
* Keep the notary roster and assignment records organized
* Help identify and recruit qualified notaries in areas where we need coverage
* Flag exceptions and urgent issues promptly

Requirements

* Strong spoken and written English
* Confident and professional on phone calls
* Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple assignments
* Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace
* Able to work during an agreed U.S. Pacific business-hours window
* Experience with loan signings, escrow, title, mortgage, or signing-service scheduling is strongly preferred
* Familiarity with Snapdocs, NotaryGo, or similar platforms is a plus
* Able to handle business and client information confidentially

This is a part-time role to start, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the business grows. I’ll provide the service standards and decision rules; I’m looking for someone who can learn the workflow and then manage routine assignments independently.
