JOB OVERVIEW

Blue Vikings Lending LLC is looking for a motivated, highly organized professional in the Philippines to help us connect with loan brokers, real estate coaches, and fix-and-flip real estate investors in the United States.
We are a private lender providing financing for real estate investors purchasing and renovating residential properties. Your primary goal will be to build relationships and generate qualified loan opportunities.
What You Will Do
• Find and contact loan brokers through Facebook, LinkedIn, and industry groups.
• Introduce brokers to our Loan Broker Program and maintain regular follow-up.
• Find fix-and-flip real estate coaches and introduce them to our Coach-to-Close Partner Program.
• Identify active real estate investors on social media and contact them about our lending services.
• Post approved content in relevant Facebook groups.
• Build contact lists and manage email follow-up campaigns.
• Speak with prospective borrowers, brokers, and coaches by phone and Zoom.
• Learn our lending criteria and help screen out opportunities that do not qualify.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular activity reports.

As you demonstrate strong performance and master our lending criteria, you may be trained to review borrower information, research property values, conduct background checks, assist with loan evaluations, and prepare draft term sheets. The position also has the potential to grow beyond 20 hours per week.
Schedule and Compensation
• 20 hours per week
• 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• Flexible schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time
• $6 USD per hour with room for advancement
• Up to a $100 quarterly performance bonus
• Opportunity for expanded hours, salary and responsibilities after value is demonstrated

Required Qualifications
• Flawless spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with American clients on Zoom and by phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Comfortable conducting cold outreach
• Ability to learn detailed guidelines and apply them accurately
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional video-call presence

Preferred Experience
• Lending, mortgage, real estate, or financial-services experience
• Cold outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development
• Familiarity with fix-and-flip real estate
• Experience with CRMs, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups

We are looking for someone who is proactive, professional, comfortable starting conversations, and capable of growing into a more advanced role. This is not simply a data-entry position. Your work will directly contribute to developing relationships and finding qualified borrowers for our lending business.
