JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
A growing Australian mortgage brokerage looking for a highly experienced Loan Processor & Mortgage Broker Support professional to join our team remotely from the Philippines. This is a dual role, you'll handle end-to-end loan processing while also providing hands-on support to our brokers so they can focus on client relationships and writing more business. We need someone plug-and-play who can hit the ground running from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Processing
- End-to-end loan processing from application through to settlement
- Preparing and lodging loan applications via Apply Online
- Ordering and reviewing valuations, gathering supporting documents, and managing compliance requirements
- Following up with lenders and third parties to keep deals moving through the pipeline
- Reviewing bank statements and financial documents
- Ensuring all files meet compliance and audit standards

Broker Support
- Running lender scenarios and policy lookups to help brokers structure deals
- Preparing client-facing documents including comparison spreadsheets, pre-approval letters, and summaries
- Managing broker diaries, client follow-ups, and task reminders
- Handling post-settlement support including retention and review workflows
- Updating CRM and broker management systems in real time
- Acting as the broker's right hand — anticipating what's needed and staying one step ahead

What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in both loan processing and mortgage broker support within the Australian market (non-negotiable — we need someone who knows the Australian lending landscape inside out)
- Expert-level proficiency with Apply Online, ---------- , and Quickli
- Strong understanding of Australian lender policies, credit guidelines, and the full loan lifecycle
- Experience working across multiple lenders and aggregator platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to seamlessly switch between processing tasks and broker support duties

Working Hours
Australian business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST/AEDT (adjusting for daylight saving time).

Salary
40,000 PHP + (negotiable on experience)
