We are a California-based mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced Loan Processor / Loan Officer Assistant who understands the full loan process — not just admin work.
This role requires someone who can review files, calculate income, and submit clean files to lenders.
Responsibilities:
Submit loan files to multiple lenders (broker channel)
Review and organize client documents
Calculate income (W-2, self-employed, bank statements)
Understand and follow mortgage guidelines (FHA, Conventional, Non-QM)
Request and follow up on missing conditions
Update loan files in CRM / LOS
Coordinate with lenders, escrow, and loan officer
Requirements:
2+ years U.S. mortgage experience (processor or LO assistant)
Strong income calculation skills
Experience working with multiple lenders (broker experience preferred)
Strong English communication (calls and
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Tech-savvy (Google Drive, CRM,

Monday to Friday
9 AM – 7 PM PST (California time)
