JOB OVERVIEW

Plenti Mortgage is a fast-growing, boutique mortgage brokerage in the US. We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Loan Officer Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and client experience.

If you love helping people, enjoy a mix of customer interaction and back-end support, and want to grow with a company that invests in you, this role is for you.

???? What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Client & LO Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for borrowers: warm, professional, and responsive communication.
- Assist Loan Officers with client follow-up, appointment scheduling, pre-approval prep, and initial disclosures.
- Collect borrower documents and organize them within our LOS and CRM systems.

File Management & Processing Prep
- Order third-party documents and verifications as needed.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before submitting to processors or underwriters.
- Assist with pricing scenarios, AUS runs, and preparing loan files for submission.
- Track milestones to ensure every file is moving smoothly and on schedule.

Pipeline & Operations
- Maintain loan pipeline updates in CRM and communicate next steps to borrowers and agents.
- Coordinate with processors, title/escrow, and lenders to ensure timely closings.
- Support marketing tasks such as sending client updates, event invites, and referral thank-you notes.

Compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets lender, investor, and federal guidelines.
- Review fees, disclosures, and loan applications for accuracy and compliance.

???? Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Traits)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Friendly, patient, and calm even when things get busy.
- Proactive: you anticipate needs instead of waiting for tasks.
- Tech-savvy (experience with LOS, CRM, or Encompass is a plus).
- Comfortable communicating with borrowers, agents, processors, and lenders.
- Familiar with loan products (Conventional, FHA, VA) — or eager to learn quickly.

???? Qualifications
- Required: 1–2 years of mortgage industry experience OR strong administrative background in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Bonus: Prior experience with US Wholesale lenders (such as UWM), loan pricing engines, or broker workflows.

???? What We Offer
- Competitive salary + bonuses
- A supportive, growth-driven culture
- Training and mentorship from experienced staffs and leadership
- Opportunities for career progression
- Remote work (work from the comfort of your home)

???? How to Apply
Please send:
- Your resume
- A short intro explaining why you're a great fit
