We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Loan Coordinator to support our team throughout the loan origination process. In this role, you will manage loan applications from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist loan officers with loan applications and documentation from initial intake through closing.
• Gather, verify, and organize loan application information and supporting documents.
• Monitor loan application and review status, including following up on any issues or missing information.
• Communicate with clients, realtors, and other parties involved in the loan process, providing clear updates on application status.
• Review loan applications and documentation to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal requirements.
• Verify the eligibility of applicants for various loan options based on provided documentation and guidelines.
• Prepare and assist with tracking reports and other operational or performance reports as needed.
• Work closely with management and customers to ensure all final loan conditions and requirements are satisfied prior to closing.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors (appraisers, title companies, insurance agents, etc.) to facilitate timely delivery of required services and documents.
• Maintain and update loan files and records; ensure all data entry is accurate, organized, and consistent in our systems.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to routine inquiries from loan officers, customers, and related parties in a professional manner.
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks, including:
• Drafting and tracking
• Creating and updating spreadsheets
• Filing documentation in electronic storage systems
• Preparing Word documents
• Conducting web research as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in an office administrative position is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry skills.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communications in a fast-paced environment.
