About the Role
We are looking for a Loan Advisor to join our growing Mortgage and Financial Services team. This role is ideal for someone confident in communicating with clients and comfortable discussing financial products and services.

???? Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms
Explain mortgage and financial service offerings clearly and professionally
Assess client needs and recommend suitable loan or financial solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
Update client information accurately in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

? Qualifications

Experience in mortgage, loan advisory, financial services, or sales is highly preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone presence
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working remotely and independently

???? Compensation
Base Pay: $700 CAD/month
(approx. ?30,575 PHP/month)
Performance Bonuses: up to $1,000 CAD/month
(approx. ?43,679 PHP/month)
Bonuses are performance-based and tied to client engagement and results
