JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help document our live sales. This role requires someone who can stay focused during live streams and accurately track product information in real time.

This is long-term, consistent work for someone who proves reliability, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document the title of the listing and listing number
• Record the brand of the item
• Record who purchased the item (buyer username)
• Record the price the item sold at
• Capture a screenshot of the front of the frame
• Capture a screenshot of the side of the frame
• Accurately record all information in Google Sheets and double-check your work
• Stay in tune with the seller during the live and help support the flow of the show
• Assist virtually with tasks such as pinning listings, editing listings, and setting up giveaways correctly
• Assist with posting contents to the company's social media platforms

Requirements

• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be very detail-oriented
• Ability to stay focused during live sales
• Comfortable using Google Sheets
• Ability to double-check work for accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Has experience posting in various social media platforms

Compensation:

• $3 per hour
• Pay may increase based on reliability and performance

Schedule:

5 AM to 5 PM PST

• Strict hours with no breaks, as full focus during the live sale is required.

This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent long-term work who can maintain accuracy and attention to detail during live sales.

Application Trial

Applicants will be asked to complete a trial documentation task during a live sale to demonstrate attention to detail.

You will be asked to document items in Google Sheets using the following format:

Title of Listing: BRAND NEW SUNGLASSES/RX FRAMES #319
Brand: Marc Jacobs
Buyer: username123
Price Sold At: $25
Picture of Frame (Front): Screenshot showing the sunglasses and item number
Picture of Frame (Side): Screenshot showing the side/arm of the sunglasses

Important

• Screenshots must show the item clearly and include the item number
• The listing number changes after each auction, so accuracy is critical
• You must capture both the front and side of the frame

Applicants who demonstrate accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail during the trial will be considered for the position.
