We are seeking an experienced Live Medical Scribe to support our U.S.-based vascular specialists. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience documenting physician-patient encounters in a medical setting.
Please note: Previous Medical Scribing experience is a non-negotiable requirement. Candidates without Medical Scribe experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately document physician-patient encounters in real time.
-Prepare and update patient charts before and after appointments.
-Document medical histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment plans.
-Enter documentation into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
-Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and HIPAA compliant.
-Assist physicians with administrative documentation and chart preparation.
-Coordinate with the clinical team to support efficient patient flow.
-Perform other duties related to medical documentation as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

-Previous Medical Scribe experience is REQUIRED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
-Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is REQUIRED.
-Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
-Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
-Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
-Must have no other active job commitments. This is a full-time position requiring your full attention during scheduled work hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience supporting U.S.-based healthcare providers.
-Experience in vascular surgery, cardiology, or other specialty practices is a plus.
-Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
