JOB OVERVIEW

The Law Offices of Eric A. Shore is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our growing Personal Injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong litigation experience who is comfortable using legal technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and case management.

Responsibilities
Manage litigation case files from initiation through resolution
Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Organize and maintain case documents, exhibits, and evidence
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, experts, and courts
Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars
Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
Review medical records and case-related documentation
Utilize case management and legal technology platforms to increase productivity and accuracy

Qualifications
Required
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
Experience working in a Personal Injury litigation law firm
Strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, court filings, and case management
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Preferred
Experience working with a Pennsylvania or New Jersey law firm
Experience using legal technology platforms such as:
Litify
Supio
EvenUp
Clio
Filevine
Similar legal case management systems
Experience leveraging AI tools within a legal setting to improve workflows, case preparation, document review, or client service
