Starting Rate:
PHP 30,000 per month during the probationary period
A salary increase will be given upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, based on performance
Commission-Based: No
Probationary Period: 6 months
Internet Requirements:
Primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps
Backup internet connection of 5–10 Mbps

Position Summaries:
Walmart Listing Specialist VA:
The primary responsibility is to search for existing product listings on Walmart Marketplace that match our products from other e-commerce platforms. Once all possible listings are identified, you will create and add our own listings using gathered data and information from our other marketplaces. Strong attention to detail is required. A daily task list will be assigned, and company-specific training will be provided.
Target Listing Specialist VA:
The primary responsibility is to add product listings to Target’s online marketplace by accurately copying and pasting product information. Attention to detail is critical for this role. A daily task list will be assigned, and company-specific training will be provided.
Lowe’s Listing Specialist VA:
The primary responsibility is to create and manage product listings on Lowe’s online marketplace using data from our existing e-commerce platforms. This includes ensuring accurate product details, attributes, and compliance with Lowe’s listing requirements. Strong attention to detail is required. A daily task list will be assigned, and company-specific training will be provided.
General Responsibilities:
Follow required prompts, protocols, and data entry standards on a daily basis
Search for existing product listings on Walmart Marketplace
Identify and match product listings with our products from other e-commerce platforms
Create and add new product listings on Walmart Marketplace
Add and manage product listings on Target’s online marketplace
Add and manage product listings on Lowe’s online marketplace
Accurately copy and paste product information
Monitor, review, and update listings as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product information remains accurate and up to date
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
Willingness to learn and follow processes
Ability to multitask and take ownership of assigned tasks once trained
Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zoom, TeamViewer, and Notion
Ability to maintain and complete daily task lists
Trustworthy with sensitive information and technically capable
Efficient, timely, detail-oriented, and resourceful
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred (High Chance to be Shortlisted):
Experience with US online marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or Lowe’s
Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, or order management systems
Previous data entry experience
