We are looking for a strong leader who specializes in the sale of a home and can take ownership of the seller-side listing process from first contact to close. This role is focused on supporting homeowners who are interested in selling, creating a smooth client experience, and keeping every step of the listing organized, marketed, and moving forward.
This person should be confident using our CRM to manage leads and clients, SkySlope to track files and paperwork, and our MLS system to input and manage listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to homeowners and leads who are interested in selling their home
- Create campaigns/Ads to target sellers or current home owners with equity
- Follow up consistently with seller leads and past clients
- Set listing appointments and coordinate next steps
- Communicate clearly with sellers throughout the process
- Guide clients on what to expect before, during, and after the home goes live
- Keep track of seller details such as: close date, seller contact information, relocation status, important milestones and deadlines
Listing Coordination & Operations
- Use the CRM to organize seller leads, tasks, notes, and follow-up timelines
- Use SkySlope to retrieve, upload, and manage listing documents and paperwork
- Use the MLS system to accurately enter listing information and keep it updated
- Coordinate appointments with: photographers, stagers, as needed
Create a system or seller worksheet that allows sellers to list: upgrades, repairs, recent home improvements, important features of the home, anything unique buyers should know
* This information will help build strong listing descriptions and marketing when the property goes live.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Create and manage campaigns or ads designed to attract more sellers
- Help prepare marketing materials for listings
- Create Open House flyers and For Sale flyers with the home’s details
- Support listing presentation and launch preparation
- Gather and organize feedback after open houses and showings
- Share feedback with sellers and the team as needed

Willing to increased work hours 20-30 a week
