JOB OVERVIEW

## About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized **Listing Onboarding & Optimization Officer** to join our growing vacation rental management team.

This is not a data entry role. We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, process improvement, and project management. You will own the end-to-end onboarding of new properties, ensuring every listing is launched accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with Operations, Design, Revenue Management, Marketing, Photography, and our leadership team to coordinate every step of the onboarding process.

## Key Responsibilities

### Property Onboarding
* Manage the complete onboarding process for new vacation rental properties.
* Create and maintain onboarding timelines and project trackers.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all launch requirements are completed.
* Keep stakeholders updated on onboarding progress and launch dates.
* Identify blockers early and proactively resolve issues.

### Listing Management
* Create, update, and optimize property listings across multiple OTA platforms.
* Ensure listings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
* Upload and organize photos, amenities, house rules, descriptions, and property information.
* Perform quality assurance checks before listings go live.
* Maintain listing accuracy as properties evolve.

### Optimization
* Review listings for opportunities to improve presentation and guest conversion.
* Ensure branding and formatting standards are consistently followed.
* Audit existing listings for missing or outdated information.
* Recommend process improvements that increase onboarding speed and quality.

### Cross-functional Coordination
* Work closely with:
* Design Team
* Photography
* Revenue Management
* Guest Experience
* Operations
* Leadership
* Coordinate deadlines and ensure accountability across teams.

## Qualifications
### Required
* Strong project management experience.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent written English.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

### Preferred
* Experience with **Guesty**.
* Experience in vacation rental or property management.
* Experience managing OTA listings (Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , etc.).
* Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, ---------- , Trello, or similar.
